What does IT Simply do?

IT Simply is a New Zealand managed IT and Power BI specialist for law firms. We run and secure your firm’s technology for a fixed monthly fee, and we build Practice Intelligence: dashboards that connect to your practice management system so partners can see fees, WIP, debtors and chargeable time every day.

Do you only work with law firms?

Law firms are our specialty, and most of our products are built for them. We also provide managed IT and Power BI business reporting (board, management, and health and safety reporting) for other New Zealand businesses.

Where are you based and who do you support?

We are based in Kaiapoi, Canterbury, and support firms throughout New Zealand and Australia. Most support and monitoring is delivered remotely, with on-site work arranged when it is needed.

How is managed IT priced?

Our managed IT service is a fixed fee per staff member per month, covering all of your ongoing support. Projects such as cloud migrations or new infrastructure are scoped and quoted up front, so there are no surprises.
